On the weekend my bowls life took over...We were off to Raymond Terrace for the state finals playoff with with my team of seven and many gorgeous supporters...well......we WON!!!! How cool is that?????

Will post some photos for you all to see toninght...we even got a gold medal around our neck....it was fantastic...

Good morning...what busy week this has been.....no scrapping though. This week I made a dvd slideshow for the bowlers at my club. It took 21 hours ll up, but i still hve some tweeking to do on it...I am happy with it so it was worth all the effort.

I also have put a photo in the canon photo chain. You can find it HERE ...all you need to do is...

Couple more Chrissy Cards

Good evening everyone...felt like making a few chrissy cards this afternoon...made one for an up and coming ARTastic dt thing,check them out HERE , which I can't show you...sorry....but here are two I can show you...

The first one is using some beautiful eskimo kisses basic grey papers and sticker elements, and some gorgeous charms...if anyone wants some just give a hey ho!!!glad to send a few your way...I wish I could remember where I got the stamp...from the US or UK...and the other is coloured with promarkers and waterpainted over the top...I wasn't going to use this image as I thought...A BLUE SNOWMAN...WHAT THE!!!!! but then i thought why not...hee hee hee!!!

ARTastic Blog Challenge

The glue hasn't even dried yet!!!!lol...I had a bowls match today which, if our teams won, we get to go to a special State playoff...WE MADE IT...Well...anyway...when I got home I was all inspired and got my hands onto some ribbon and some beautiful basic grey lemonade papers....LOVE IT...We had to be inspired by the painting ...Tadema 'A Greek Woman'....and here is my entry...I was pretty happy with it. although I did have much bigger plans with folds of material etc...I think I am going to try another one...we'll see how we go...Go check out Shazza's blog...HERE...If you love art you will adore this site...and the gorgeous pages done by the girls...yummy...

Happy Monday everyone...Its a busy week for me...car rego today and shopping with a friend to help her pick clothes for a fashion parade,
elbourne cup bowls day tomorrow. Maddie has her Sports carnival Wednesday, Thursaday night I am in another bowls comp with my bil...friday i have bowls. saturday will definitely be catch up on housework day.....and Sunday I am off to Double Bay for another bowls comp...If we win 1 out of the 3 games our team will make it to a big playoff for the state...I think thats preety cool...
Anyhows, not much scrapping talk...lol..see there is a life outside of scrapping...lol...

A Little Something to give away...

New Page and About getting Published....

Well...I feel my mojo is back at long last...you all might think otherwise...lol...here is my latest...a birthday page of Jacob this my...turning 8....

I have also been doing some dt stuff for Leanne over at MAD ABOUT SCRAPPIN...Leannes kits are so gorgeous and they are such good value...ALWAYS...wish I could show you, but you'll get to see them eventually...

Also... my goal for this year was to get a page...any page...published...I exceeded my wildest dreams, already having one published in Scrapbooking memories...another one will be in the next issue...11. 10 and onother one with a date...14.11 in an issue of Creating keepsakes Australia....I have also had another 2 for Creat6ing Keepsakes Australia...yet to be advised of dates.....and the lovely Kim from Scrapbook Creations has told me she loves my work and has kept one aside for future reference.....it is so wonderful and encouraging to have your work accepted....so I encourage you all to submit...I did go through a stage where I was a little disaapointed, but soon got over that...lol...

Little Handmade Flowers...

Well...I have seen these flowers around and thought I have so many pretty bits of material I have to have a go at making these...here are 3 pages I did using these...oops...still have no real computer...this has taken me half a day to put up...lol...and I can't get rid of the double up of the page...sorry...hope you like them, I was pretty happy with how they turned out...these pges are me!!!!I still have no email either...will be giving away a few sets of these flowers soon if anyone wants some...made some chrissy colour ones...will put a post up soon as my lappy and email are running...

ARGHHH!!!!

ARGHHHHH!!!!!I am mostly off line...I am using our old computer which takes about 2 days to get it to stay on...It's a long story...my lappy has a problem with the power connevtion...plus the kids and I have had a revolting flu...but i have managed to get some pages done using my flowers I made and can't wait to show you them...have to wait for lappy to get better ....sorry!!!lol...okies..better go before this computer decides to shut down itself...take care ...

Mojo monday Card.....

Hi there...I haven't been doing much scrapping, just alot of buyiny...lol...I am into stamps and trying to get a bit better at using them and making cards... I am using some overseas sites to inspire me at the moment...MOJO MONDAY....has a weekly comp and this is the first time i have entered, not a great card, but experimenting is half the fun, think i need to use more pp on my cards...they look a bit plain...I am learning, so hopefully soon I'll be making gorgeous cards....

I have been very busy with sick kids lately and very over it...they are finally on their way to recovery....so scrapbooking here I come...I can't wait.....

I have also been very inspired by some beautiful cards on blogs I have come across...as a result I am going to give it a little go...I have been busy ordering stamps from overseas and on ebay and also got some netabilities...wow...they are just devine and so easy to use...I have a lovely water colour set to use...I am waiting for my stamps to arrive...there are so many gorgeous ones out there...think i need to get a job to pay for all the things I want to get.

I got my first check from scrapbooking memories too...how excited was I!!!!!

I have also had another acceptance, this time with a set issue, the only trouble is this one is the one that scrapbooking memories said they wanted to consider...so...if any of you have a ny suggestions about this one...can you please let me know...
